RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales of digital products from Spiritual Radiance Planners are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a product has been delivered and is accessible to you, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Why No Refunds?
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" once accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, preview images, and details before buying.
Before You Purchase
We encourage you to:
- Carefully review all product descriptions and preview images
- Ensure the product meets your needs
- Verify you have the technical requirements to access the files (PDF reader, compatible device)
- Contact us with any questions before purchasing
Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in the following rare circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
- You did not receive your download link and we cannot resolve the delivery issue
- The product file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement
Technical Issues
If you experience problems downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us at adlene_noble09@yahoo.com within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve technical issues and ensure you can access your product.
Damaged or Defective Files
If your digital file is corrupted or defective, contact us immediately at adlene_noble09@yahoo.com and we will provide a replacement file at no charge.
