By purchasing from Spiritual Radiance Planners, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.
2. Digital Products
All products are digital downloads (PDFs, digital planners, journals) delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.
3. License and Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal use only. You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files
- Claim the content as your own
- Use the products for commercial purposes without written permission
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via email or download link. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.
5. No Refunds Policy
Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been delivered and is accessible.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Spiritual Radiance Planners and are protected by copyright laws.
7. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software and devices to access digital files (e.g., PDF reader).
8. Support
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us at adlene_noble09@yahoo.com within 7 days of purchase.
9. Limitation of Liability
Spiritual Radiance Planners is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois.
